Mun & Associates Limited is a real estate consultancy firm formed on the foundation of integrity,
professionalism, and teamwork. The firm was established in December 2019 as a registered business name and later incorporated to a limited liability company. It has to date had the privilege of satisfactorily serving a wide range of individual and corporate clients.

Our Team
Mr. Munene Muriithi, Director
Mr. Munene holds a B.A Land Economics (Hons.) from the University of Nairobi . Professionally, he is a full member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya and is a registered and practicing valuer and estate agent. He has over 12 years experience in valuation, property management and estate agency. He has previously worked at Tysons Limited before founding Mun & Associates Limited. He has undertaken valuations for various financial institutions such as Standard Chartered Bank, Stanbic Bank , NCBA, Equity Bank, KCB Bank, ABC Bank and Housing Finance Corporation of Kenya. Munene has experience in valuation for Oil Companies such as The National Oil Network Expansion Programme in which he was involved. He has been involved in management of both residential and commercial properties for various corporate clients within Nairobi, Machakos, Mvita, Embu and Meru. He has also been involved in Market Research and Feasibility for various clients such as JKUAT Pension Scheme and 3GR Housing Cooperative Society Limited.
Mr. Leonard Kariuki, Director
Mr. Kariuki holds a Bachelor of Real Estate (Hons.) from the University of Nairobi. Professionally, he is a full member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya and is a registered and practicing valuer. He has over 7 years experience in valuation, feasibility studies, market research and investment appraisal. He has previously worked at Advent Valuers Limited before co-founding Mun & Associates Limited. He has undertaken valuations for various financial institutions such as Sidian Bank, Cooperative Bank, KCB Bank, Prime Bank, I&M Bank, Letshego Kenya and Stanbic Bank. Leonard has been involved in valuations for various Oil Companies such as Gulf Energy and Rubis Kenya. He has been involved in valuation of movable and fixed assets for various corporations such as Kenya National Bureau of Statistics (KNBS), Choppies Enterprises Limited, Kenya Tea Development Authority (KTDA), Ashley’s Kenya Limited, PCEA Kikuyu Hospital and Kenya Civil Aviation Authority (KCAA). He has also been involved in Market and Feasibility Studies for various multi-billion shilling projects for clients such as KenGen, Sheria Sacco, Mvuli Suites and Weihai Construction Group Co. Ltd.
